Contact Customer Service and obtain a RMA form. Please fill in the form below with faulty status of the system as exact as possible, then submit.


SIUI will diagnose the problem according to the information from the form, then confirm if any part needs repair. Please make sure to return service parts according to the following shipping instructions after obtaining RMA number from SIUI.


It is strongly recommended to ship us service parts by DHL, FedEx or any other express service except EMS. Parts should be sent to SIUI Office as the address below:

The RMA number should be appeared fully and clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Otherwise, the return shipments will not be accepted.
